And we get it girl...

Trying to navigate this journey is downright overwhelming.

You don’t know who to trust.

You don’t fully understand the language.

The rules keep changing.

And your family is being presented with contracts and  decisions that can directly impact your child’s future, yet no one has really sat with you to give the guidance you need to feel more confident helping them navigate it all.

And the your biggest fear is making a costly mistake.

But that’s exactly where we come in.

You are not coming to sit and listen.
You are coming to BUILD.

Every session is designed so that by the time you leave Houston, your workbook becomes your athlete's personalized strategic plan, tailored to exactly where they are in their journey right now. Here is some of what we are going to cover:

NIL: The Current State of the Industry

Get a clear framework and a real understanding of NIL right now, including the laws, rules, and policies that apply to your child's unique journey. You will learn what incentives and bonuses to ask for when negotiating NIL opportunities, the difference between revenue share, collectives, and third-party deals, and what federal legislation is currently being proposed and how it may impact the decisions your athlete needs to make.

Legal Pitfalls to Avoid

We are going to walk through some of the most problematic terms showing up in contracts right now using strategies and tactics that top law firms and negotiators are using to avoid harmful clauses. You will learn how to navigate a school that refuses to negotiate, walk away with a list of legal questions to ask before your child signs anything, and get clarity around what your athlete needs to protect when it comes to their name, titles, and slogans.

Building a Profitable Business Portfolio

Learn from investors and wealth management experts about what a profitable business portfolio actually looks like. You will walk away with a 90-day plan of action around trusts, estate planning, investment opportunities, business entities, and the steps needed to start building real, lasting wealth during the athletic years.

A Decision Framework for Building Your Athlete's Team

Identify exactly who needs to be in your athlete's ecosystem, where to find the right people, and what questions to ask so you walk away with a stronger framework around who you are bringing into your child's circle and what you should require from them.

A Mental and Emotional Well-Being Toolkit

Walk away with the tools and language to recognize when your athlete is struggling and know exactly what to do, so the pressure of performing does not quietly erode what you are building together as a family.

How to protect their wealth

Build a practical plan around taxes, write-offs, business structures, trusts, and investing. We will cover how to properly structure a business entity to maximize your tax position and identify what you can write off as a sports parent and official member of your child's team, so that both of you are benefiting from this relationship.

Using Media for Exposure

Walk away with a practical roadmap for capturing compelling game-day content, managing and growing your athlete's social media platform using AI tools, and knowing what to pitch to local and national news to build real visibility and attention around your athlete's brand.

Academic Eligibility and Recruiting Checklist

We are going to walk through a real checklist of the academic and recruiting milestones your family needs to have in place to compete and be considered at some of the top institutions in the country, so you are never unprepared when it matters most.

And you will do all of this in a room with attorneys, accountants, investors, educators, professional marketing executives, mental health professionals, agents and more, who are there to guide you and answer your questions in real time.
